Nevada Marriage License Information.
Marriage licenses are issued 7 days a week at the Douglas County Administration Building located on Highway 50, just three blocks from Harveys.
Hours are:
LAKE TAHOE ONLY
Monday - Friday: 9:00 am to 7:00 pm | Saturday: 10:00 am to 4:00 pm
Sundays & Holidays: 10:00 am to 3:00 pm (Closed Thanksgiving and Christmas)
Christmas Eve. open to 5:00 pm & New Year's Eve. open to 6:00 pm
Application fee: $65.00 (cash fee) includes one certified copy
Waiting Period: None
Expiration Date: One Year
Blood Test: None
Age and Identification Requirement:
18 years of age and up -- Drivers License, Certified Copy of Birth Certificate, Passport, or Military I.D. (only one of the above required)
16-18 years of age -- parental consent (notarized) or parents present to give consent
Under 16 -- by court order only
License must be presented to chapel prior to ceremony
